4. Miner Usage and Maintenance: The participant is responsible for the costs and maintenance of the miner, including electricity and any necessary repairs or upgrades. The estimated electricity cost for the KS2 Lite is around $1 a day, so the participant would need to manage these operational expenses throughout the year. GreenMiner team will support and help the participants setup their asic, and or the process of service repair under warranty, if issues arise.

5. Program Compliance: To ensure the miner is actively contributing to the network, there will likely be monitoring and compliance checks. The participant must adhere to the terms of the program, which includes keeping the miner operational at the required hashrate for the full year.

6. End of Term Options: After the one-year lock-up period ends, the participant has two choices:
- Continue Mining: They can choose to continue mining with the ASIC miner. In this case, the GEM tokens they initially locked up will remain in the program's custody, serving as a form of collateral for the ongoing use of the miner. (extra gem maybe earned after Pawn Shop creation)
- Return for GEM Tokens: Alternatively, they can return the miner and receive back the GEM tokens they had locked up. This option is available if the participant no longer wishes to engage in mining (increasing gem price burning the supply), or prefers to have their tokens back.

7. Incentivizing Long-Term Holding: This program encourages long-term investment and commitment to the GEM token by offering a tangible asset (the Kaspa ASIC miner) that can be used to generate additional income through mining. The requirement to lock tokens for a year reduces the circulating supply, which can potentially increase the token's value.

8. Risk Management: The program serves as a form of risk management for the Asic issuer. If a participant attempts to keep or steal the miner without returning it, the issuer holds the equivalent value in GEM tokens as collateral.

This initiative can increase the demand for GEM tokens, as it provides a new use case and potential return on investment through mining. However, it's important for potential participants to consider the risks involved, such as changes in mining profitability, miner obsolescence, and the performance of the Kaspa network. Additionally, they should ensure they are capable of bearing the costs and responsibilities of miner operation during the lock-up period.

This initiative will payoff private investor and begin hashing for the Burn Contract, increasing GEM Token price. The more GreenMiner's (you) hashing, the stronger the token price increases.
