think I partly tore / strained my rotator cuff (precisely the subscapularis muscle as internal rotation hurts most)
Can do any pulling movements and also some tricep movements pain free. Pressing in a neutral position aches slightly.
Any experiences / recommendations to go on?
@alexaaronlab I don’t get the message of this post. You will always be healthier than on show day. Your 98ng/dl is your body screaming for a normal diet again. No need to bring in TRT. Just eat normally again.
