Our Communications Operators are the first point of contact for citizens who contact police in a time of need. They are a calm and reassuring voice and bring order to what is quite often chaos. They are true professionals and integral to our mission.
"I am proud of our team’s ability to lead with compassion and humanity. We face not only emotional stress, but physical stress on our bodies too. We try to always carry on, offering a calm voice on the other end of the line.” -Elyse Reed
