Never have I ever had a worse day at @Disneyland 😭 waited 40+ min on three separate ride lines to have each of them break down before we could ride. 2 hours of waiting and no compensation. 😢
@AmericanAir I bought inflight WiFi as a “Guest” instead of using me AA Advantage number without realizing I wouldn’t be able to switch the WiFi between devices as a Guest. Can I get a refund and repurchase with my AA account so I can toggle between tablet and phone?

@sschelp@AmericanAir Same thing happened to me tonight at AUS. None of the taxis wanted to take me bc of my voucher claiming AA takes 45 days to pay them.
@AmericanAir You’re not though. We were supposed to leave 13 hours ago and none of your agents could get me on another flight. And no compensations being offered.
10 minutes before we were supposed to depart (after a 12hr delay), @AmericanAir tells us they need another another hour (now a 9:30 dep) and we have to move 10 gates down in the airport. If we leave by 9:30, it’ll be 13 hours after we were supposed to.
