If a site provides statements with the objective of influencing people on what to buy or sell, that seems to meet @TheFCA definition of advice, below. So should they be regulated? Sites like @shareprophets, are unregulated, meaning NO protection for you if they get it wrong.

Just having a meaningless disclosure in the small print that 'this is not financial advice' doesnt cut it if the content IS clearly advice to make a specific financial transaction to buy or sell, as seen in the examples above. And for a monthly fee.
