A great example of a shared decision making between a patient and MDT. Haemodialysis access planning, options of R) RCF and L) pAVF. Opted for R) RCF but was abandoned on the day (suboptimal vessels). Proceeded to succession plan of pAVF with great results.#pAVF#medtronicellipsys

4weeks follow up
CV ^5.5mm=145ml/min BV ^6.5mm=155ml/min (mainoutflow)
Found tight anastomosis stenosis 1.1mm
Treated with USG retrograde Radial artery puncture 5x20mm pBA and 6x40mm DCB. 2 weeks follow up.
CV ^5.9mm 571ml/min.
