And it doesn't do anyone any good to yell at and admonish the dead. It's not about unavoidable but a matter of the law of averages.
As far as anyone knows no one did anything wrong. The plane iced up and wind sheer took out the tail wing. At that point there's nothing that can be done. Listen to the recordings. It's possible to do nothing wrong and still get a bad result.
Also on the responsibility part. I agree but anyone going to in a plane also assumes part of the risk. 99.99998% of the time flying goes off without a hitch. But there's still an inherent risk.
