@Razael10055188@robdack Sorry to hear that. I lost nearly £2000 too. At least they're admitting that the market slippage was caused by their maintenance activity, when until yesterday they were saying it had nothing to do with it. I'm not giving up on this!
@BitstampSupport @Bitstamp A bit wild? XRP dropped from £1.30 to below £0.50 and then jumped by +160%. Some lost a lot of money and others made millions in a few seconds. Funny how now you're admitting that this was caused by your maintenance. Until yesterday you were saying it had nothing to do with it.
@BitstampSupport@LindsayFirebird @Bitstamp No it wasn't and it did not happen on other platforms.
This is the chart on Binance. There was no crash at 11:00 BTS.
While on Bitstamp...
@robdack @Bitstamp I did. Got the same copy/paste response everybody else is receiving. They just don't want to admit they screwed up. Price dropped 60% and recovered seconds after. This happened only on Bitstamp and happened immediately after finish their maintenance work at 11:00 BST.
@BitstampSupport@idereffets1 @Bitstamp No it wasn't. XRP dropped more than 50% and recovered seconds after only on Bitstamp. This happened immediately after your maintenance work at 11:01 BST. It absolutely did not happen on other platforms. I can prove that.
