@StephenM He was denied parole twice prior to it being granted the 3rd attempt, after getting credit for time served & completing education courses to knock off time. Again... not murder charges, assault charges. 20 years was the MAXIMUM sentence he could have had. NONE OF THIS DEMS DID.

@StephenM Why are u so bad at this? He was found NOT GUILTY of murder by reason of insanity & only guilty of other, lesser charges. Thats why his time was so low. And not by "democrats", it was a jury who de that determination. A jury.... in Kentucky.... old red state.
