Consider starting with journals specific to clinical teaching, such as @MedTeachJournal @JCENJournal @ClinicalTeacher

I need help understanding publication in #hpe #meded: "OA is bad" they say bc you pay for it, even if peer reviewed....but some print journals also require pymt... and some OA journals have MUCH higher IF than print. What's an educator to do? Someone set me straight please..
