@British_Airways This has not been updated. There is no new information there even though we were advised the bags would be in Edinburgh today. It is useless we need an actual human to locate the bags in Edinburgh and let us know we can collect them

@British_Airways Hi, we fly to USA next week and require proof of covid recovery. Do you accept @zoom_doc letters of covid recovery? They are a fully licensed healthcare provider. The NHS Scotland does not provide this so we need to obtain the document via a private provider.

@DVLAgovuk I have tried to change my name on my licence, licences expiring this year are valid for extra 11 months. Ive had my change of name refused as licence expired and you have not provided clear instructions on what i need to do or given me my licence back! Please assist

@ashleymcnie_ good luck! it's only 30 pound if u pay it within 14 days I think..Don't leave it too long they put it up to 90 after 28 days😭
