Ever try 90 minute sprints throughout the workday?
90 work + 15 break. Repeat.
When I notice I'm feeling mentally tired, I look at the clock and wouldn't you know it, the 90 minutes are up. Almost to the minute. Every time.
Absolutely amazing.
I just sent an email where I not only mentioned my mental health but said "no" to a project in order to protect it.
I can't help but think of @Simone_Biles and be so incredibly grateful for what she did.
