junior parkrun is a series of 2k runs for children aged between 4 and 14. They are open to all, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

Happy Wednesday!!! Midweek roster check is looking super!!! The good news is I have space for a couple more marshals if anyone fancies giving it a go for the 1st, 4th, or 100th time!!!

@LornaCoachingLS @rec_boston @SleaTC Grace and I will be up and out at 7.15 ish so we can drive down and get the course set up before the other volunteers arrive. It's a good team so I only Run Direct 1 in 5 which keeps it enjoyable and manageable 🏃 🍵
