In Reception we have been learning all about Autumn and what changes we will see. We made our own Autumn trees using the leaves that had fallen off the trees. We noticed the leaves had changed into many different colours 🌳🍁🌿🍃

As part of our learning about the book 'The Gruffalo' we went on a hunt in the forest to see where our book is set and find some of the characters 🐍🦉🦊🌳

We had a great time making Gruffalo Crumble in Reception- the children knew they had to add a 'poisonous wart' and 'purple prickles' 😀

What a fabulous ‘World Cup themed' P.E lesson with Mr Ling. The children got to use lots of skills, hopefully we have lots of future footballers #WorldcupQatar2022

#ONELOVE at the World Cup! On behalf of England and the other teams that support inclusion, like we do at Royal Park, today we created and wore our own armbands. @RP_Primary

Reception went hunting for treasure in the forest to day. It was very chilly but they all showed great resilience.

Reception had lots of fun with our forest school bear today. He left a trail for them to find, then hid in the trees and waited till some one spotted him. Being outside is so beneficial for the children's wellbeing. Their smiles show just how much how much they enjoy it.
