@TheProjectUnity Maybe he wants to prevent developing long covid. LC in the form of severe me/cfs is literally one of the worst illnesses a person can have. Life as you knew it is over. I bet 99% of people reading this don't understand LC as its poorly understood except for a few Drs and suferers

@lostbutlucky Lots of holes in this post. First, the athletes are past it. 2nd, the facilities are shite. Eg weightlifting and swimming outdoors is not ideal. Third, the current top clean athletes aren't beating records either.
