It’s been a full month since I’ve had a panic attack and as I shared before I had them every day…waking to sleeping, waking me up in absolute terror , unable to drive at times , unable to eat or even breathe.
I’ve not had ONE since the Lord delivered me from them on my knees in my bedroom. I get an anxious thought here and there and please hear this! 👇🏻
When this happens I reject it and IMMEDIATELY start praying and reciting scripture out loud, the anxious thoughts don’t turn into a panic attack and I go on with my life.

I was not living before and he set me free after years of prayer.

Don’t. Stop. Praying.
