@andrewchen we’d love to chat! we’re working on an open-source tool that helps game devs easily build multiplayer games (without the typical complexity)
been working on getting a basic editor UI that allows RecLab users to connect to remote servers they can spin up!
next step is to actually connect it to our back-end services 🔧

@KSDMediaStudios oh interesting, with NGO in unity you kinda get network extrapolation with the NetworkTransform component out-of-the-box (we're using a similar paradigm in RecLab).
thank you for the feedback, we'll take it into account!! seems like a lot of UE devs need multiplayer support 👀
announcing RecLab: a tool to easily create multiplayer games!
game devs, we want to hear from you:
• biggest frustration with multiplayer
• time it took to add multiplayer features
• experience with other multiplayer tools
share your experiences below! 🙏
@motianiaayush@_buildspace@_nightsweekends@FarzaTV not sure if this is a team game where one side is hiding money and the other is trying to find it, but if it is, a timer would def add a sense of urgency! maybe it could divide the round into two phases: hiding/prepping for a raid, followed by the actual raid itself
@vpanini__@aenechkaa@_nightsweekends that would be awesome!! dm us with your contact and we'll definitely be sure to add you to the waitlist + notify you once the demo's out
@aenechkaa@_nightsweekends appreciate the interest 🙏. first version is a Unity plugin that adds a multiplayer synchronizer component + allows you to spin-up a server to test your game in-engine!
