I’m deeply uncomfortable with wealthy investors attacking American workers like this. I’m afraid it’s increasingly obvious to many people that individuals such as this guy do not have the best interests of America and her citizens in mind.

The story JD Vance is talking about is a particularly egregious example of the H-1B visa and indian visa fraud costing American lives. Kevin Flanagan worked at Bank of America. Bank of America contracted with two H-1B body shops, Infosys and Tata Consulting Services.

Bank of America fired Kevin so they could replace his job with an indian. He had to spend weeks on calls with these employees in india training them to do his job. Then he was fired and took his own life.

H-1B is the opposite of America First.

American families deserve first shot at American jobs. Companies that force workers to train their foreign replacements are gutting the people who built this country.

Kevin Flanagan was a computer programmer ordered to train his H-1B replacement for severance. He did it.
On his last day he packed up, walked to his truck, and shot himself.
