@staysaasy@mipsytipsy That’s a really interesting idea. To ask the candidate to come up with a 2-pager on their mgmt philosophy. Food for thought for sure.
@TOrynski Vladimir goes to hell, but gets a day pass for good behaviour. He goes to Moscow, and drops into a bar.
He asks the barman:
-Is Crimea ours?
-Ours.
-And Donbas?

Satisfied, Vladimir drinks up, and asks:
-How much do I pay?
-A 100 hryvnia.

@olivierlacan And I am an immigrant and a minority. The lack of titles is so refreshing and relieving in so many ways allows me so much focus on the actual thing that matters. I have heard similar things from others as well.
@olivierlacan I give you an alternative. Allow people to have whatever title they want on LinkedIn. But please for heaven sake let’s start moving towards a world where there are no titles internally. I work at a place with no titles and frankly it’s the best place I have ever worked at.
@copyconstruct Same reason as yours. But also I believe in some years there will be a little bit of reversion to the mean and remote will be less pervasive meanwhile unicorns continue to take birth in the Bay Area as before.
