I know I have been very very late, but now I m gonna make the most of the time remaining

@AshwinKandra Started from today.
No machine for this at my gym.
So used just 17.5 kgs DB, very light as I was doing them for the first time.
Used to shy till now, but gym was not much crowded today so gave it a try. Will definitely incorporate these in my routine.
Should I stick to DBs?
I could replicate to just this level.

tried to build this UI desgin I found on Pinterest in React, all by myself (took 2-3 suggestions from AI)
this is my first ever React project completely built by myself
It uses the concepts of tailwindcss nd props drilling which I learnt yesterday

finally got myself to sit through a video tutorial nd followed along to build this UI design in React
learnt about
• Tailwind CSS
• props drilling
for practice, tomorrow I will attempt to build some another UI design completely by myself

@DeanTTraining Sir as you know I have been following ur 4 days split.
Really loving that.
The thing is Monday I had lower1. Quads are ok but hams are still quite sore. If the soreness doesn't fade away till the tomorrow evening, then should I still do the lower2 or wait for an extra day?
@rachaelbereba till now I feel weird of being judged as I have not seen any guy doing that in my gym, literally no one. but now i am going to start incorporating hip thrusts from tomorrow's lower session. but still i dont think i am gonna go till cable kickbacks (atleast for some tym)
@DeanTTraining Hmm. Maybe I should leave adductors altogether till I find a new gym with that machine? As using cables won't be possible as the gym is packed most of the times.
@DeanTTraining Hmm I do BSS to train glutes and adductors (as in ur 4 days split), as there is no adductor machine at my gym.

I have read ur post regarding extnsns & curls before compounds, but I wanna ask, does this theory also work for other muscles? ex chest
