A digital environment activist card that motivates communities to collect plastic waste, earn points and redeem them for school fees or healthcare credits.
Tomorrow 26/08/2025 is another day for our CEO @MariaNakiganda to ably represent us at the Kobe City innovations. She will be pitching online under start-up category with our breathtaking innovation to solve Africa's social challenges.
CALLING UPON THE SUPPORT OF FRIENDS AND WELL WISHERS
For many of us, when HIV/AIDS is mentioned, Kyotera immediately comes to mind. It is not the whole story though. The area faces immense challenges in terms of access to health services in general. Some people travel up to 30km to the nearest hospital (Kalisizo), where still the services are quite limited.
With some friends, spearheaded by Bro. Joseph Zziwa, through Padre Pio Rural Development Initiative (whose Board I chair), we are setting up a non-profit hospital to help boost health access for our largely poor community. Basic infrastructure has been established for maternity, OPD, general wards, theater, laboratory, scan, sanitation, staff residence …
At this stage we are mobilising support for hospital equipment. This is where I can upon the support of well wishers and friends. The numbers are provided on the fliers. Anything counts, individual or organisational. Your support will be much appreciated. If you know of any legitimate institutional CSR that could be of help, kindly advise.
