@Google hi, following the mandatory update my phones battery is ruined, had no problems beforehand and now it takes hours upon hours to charge and looses it's charge much quicker. I had planned on keeping the phone for a few years but feels you are trying to force replacement
@EastMidRailway not happy. Just got on the 9:04 to London st pancras, first class tickets paid for. No first class seats available so now I'm standard class. On top of that no first class service. I'd like a full refund please
