After several months of uncertainty, I've finally decided to migrate the game to the Pokémon Essentials v21.1 engine, which offers significantly better performance than the version I've been using since the very beginning. This new engine brings major improvements across the board. As the project grew, I noticed that creating very large maps and more complex events started to impact the game's performance, and many players reported the same issue. To bring Pokémon Unbreakable Ties to its full potential, this transition is the right step forward.

Some of the improvements include:

• Stable 60 FPS performance
• Online Mode (Online battles, trading and more)
• Generation 9 content (all new Pokémon, Mega Evolutions, updated moves and abilities)
• Compatible with +60Hz (165, 240, 300Hz...)
• Dynamic shadows and brand-new battle animations
• New interfaces and gameplay mechanics
• New battle transitions, and so much more!

Thankfully, I'm not making this transition alone, @Zik_pkm and @PkmRebirth are helping me migrate all of the game's content while also implementing exciting new features along the way.

YOUR PC might be Storing a file right now that's eating GBs of storage and you have no idea it exists

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\Windows.edb (check hidden files in view)

It's windows' search index and it can silently grow to 50GB+ based on how its configured

TO FIX it:
- Search "Indexing Options"
- Hit Modify > remove what you don't need
- THEN Advanced > Rebuild

You can also disable it entirely:
win+R > services.msc > Windows Search > set to Disabled + Stop
then delete Windows.edb and reclaim the space

⚠️caveat: Disabling it makes Start menu search slower since the indexing is disabled.

This is what's happening to YouTube. This is one of my most popular videos. It's how to fix a UEFI bootloader. As you can see the traffic has been cut in half over the last 6 months.

But if you Google how to fix a UEFI bootloader, Gemini will give you my exact step by step process. Even the commands it cites are copied directly from my video.

I got no royalty payments and don't even get a link to the original video. I simply lost the traffic and Google is able to provide more value from stolen content.

AI is going to destroy the content industry on the internet and when it's gone, there will be nothing left to train the AI. Since AI can't come up with anything original it relies on stolen content and it can't steal what doesn't exist if it puts creators out of business.
