I sat down with Rich Rodriguez to talk about his coaching philosophy, why he coaches with a hard edge, and how he pushes players to meet a higher standard while still caring deeply about them as people.

We also talked about how he helped pioneer the no-huddle spread offense dating back to Glenville State, the evolution of the game, and his thoughts on the modern era of college football.
