Dear @RFU your GMS website is beyond question the worst website I’ve ever tried (and failed) to use. And this from a man who spent 10 hours on Saturday on @TicketmasterUK. I am actively discouraged from registering myself.
Why wouldn’t you realise there’s planes coming in and out some staff on duty? Appaling and embarrassing customer service. Even the customer service lady dealing with everyone’s complaints is laughing!
