I was cheated by Swiggy delivery partner by not delivering order but marking as delivered. Order #137337306070. Even Support decided that delivered the order without even taking the evidence into consideration, neither connected me with the delivery guy.

When I already got a final reply that the delivery partner is correct why would I reply again and again. I provided all the details, requested a call back but I was provided with delivery partner number which he is ignoring my calls. @SwiggyCares @jagograhakjago

@SwiggyCares I did send an email and got a reply that order delivered correctly which is not correct. Without even proper investigation you people have decided that delivery is correct. @SwiggyCares so i don't want to send emails and waste my time.

I tried reaching out to the delivery partner and he is ignoring the calls. It's 528/- order... Money here is not the matter but the cheating you are doing.

@Flipkart I have been facing an issue on my recent purchase, Customer service is pathetic and not helping me. I got a defective product and replacement raised immediately but after multiple reschedules and multiple escalations now replacement is cancelled. No support from anyone.
