Requesting urgent attention from Department of Social Welfare Karnataka

My father (74 yrs) donated 15 guntas of land in 2001 for construction of a hostel in memory of Late Kalappa Sannayarashi. However, the hostel was later constructed on government land identified by

All supporting documents from Gram Panchayat and Taluk Social Welfare Department are attached.

Kindly look into this matter and help resolve it at the earliest.
