Please note that the Redis license remains BSD. A few people misunderstood the @RedisLabs blog post. It applies only to modules developed at Redis Labs such as RediSearch. Modules developed by myself will be AGPL (that is, Disque). Redis core BSD as usually.

- Blacklist ➡ Denylist
- Whitelist ➡ Allowlist
- Killer app ➡ Beloved app
- Master/slave ➡ primary/replica

Not only is this the right thing to do, it also makes more sense. Why is a "killer app" famous and necessary for the growth of the underlying technology, what is it "killing"? Nothing, it's just an app everyone loves. And "blacklist" is often confusing, denylist is explicit, etc.
