So when you try to contact @Hermesparcels to find out where the parcel that should have been delivered 10 days ago has got to you are told on their website to click on the link to verify identity. Link doesn't work. Hermes are drowning in well deserved bad publicity
Bristol City Council has changed complexion, which is part of the democratic process. One disappointing aspect though is that it appears that it has become significantly less diverse and looks less like Bristol.
