The Centre was honoured to participate in the 5th Nairobi Caucus, themed “Protecting Critical Infrastructure Systems and Public Spaces from Terrorism,” co-convened by @NCTC_Kenya and @UN_OCT on 7 & 8 September 2026 in Nairobi, 🇰🇪. The Caucus provided an important platform for sharing experiences, strengthening cooperation, and advancing effective CT/PCVE efforts across Member States.

On the sidelines, the Centre also participated and contributed in the @theGCTF East Africa Capacity-Building Working Group (EA WG) Plenary, themed “Regional Unity for Lasting Security: Strengthening Priorities, Methods, and Capacity for Resilience" which reviewed achievements under the current Work Plan and explored priorities and opportunities for the 2027-2029 period.
