@GWRHelp I have now missed my connection and have an hour wait. Why could you not hold the Gloucester train for just a few moments to allow anyone on the Bristol train to join it. I literally ran to the platform and watched it pull away. Terrible customer service

@megabusuk Not impressed at all with your service. You sent a replacement coach which is not fit for purpose for a long journey. (Bristol to Newcastle 7.35). It is so cramped and unbearably hot. I paid for reserved seats to sit near the front of the coach due to travel sickness.
