Fast forward to December 2025 , my uncle’s family is flying @qatarairways from Washington Dulles to Doha and finally to JKIA, traveling with his baby. Given my own great experiences, we expected the same level of care and excellence.🤡🤡
@LuvongaLeslie@qatarairways I had to cancel ICE trains I had booked for them. This was such an inconvenience, you can do better. My mum didn't deserve to travel for over 24hrs at her age, she was too exhausted to even celebrate my graduation 😪 😑.
@LuvongaLeslie@qatarairways Your crew kept assuring them that the connecting flight will wait for them which didn't happen. You rebooked them to go to Frankfurt first with a layover of another 6hrs then connect Hamburg. We even requested to have their flight changed to Hannover but you couldn't.

The journey didn’t start well. The flight by @qatarairways was delayed for 6 hours at Washington Dulles. Sitting that long is frustrating for anyone doing it with an infant is another level entirely.

Things got worse onboard. Despite having a confirmed bassinet, the crew refused to provide it for the 12-hour flight. They said the baby was “too tall” without even trying. After a 6-hour delay, this meant holding a baby the entire journey. @qatarairways
@qatarairways By the time they landed in Doha, completely exhausted, they still faced a 6-hour layover ahead. For an airline known for world-class service, this experience was deeply disappointing. Hoping @qatarairways takes this seriously and responds.

.@joingriffin has a really seamless experience. I was surprised when I saw the underwriter of my policy. Going Digital vs Digital Transformation #InsureTech#Insurance#Insurtech
