A play-off with 3 other Midland league winners to gain promotion up to the National JPL awaits. Plus a semi final of the National JPL cup. 👏🏼👏🏼

Defending/attacking in rugby is all about recognising “cues” and the biggest “cue” is hips. What do I mean by this? Well if a defender’s hips are facing a touchline then it takes a significant amount of time to change their positioning to chase out the other way.
