We just turned our car around at an empty @Costco pump & instead of just making an exception because we already paid, the employee literally lifted the handle to stop the pump in the middle of it. Then the manager yelled at us for turning the car around.
I finally reached Diamond status last year with @hilton and none of the benefits been available other than room credits. I have had 8 stays and not once has my room been upgraded. I just tried to use the 48 hour “guarantee” and once again for the 3rd time, not available.
@tjsmith_22@Hilton Yeah I think I need to go back to Marriott. It sticks though because last year was great! It’s like they changed everything this year.
@Hilton Yes and they’re never available but they were last year. Plus I’m very well aware they were available at one location I was just told it giant work like that. This is a training issue. My issue more is the word “guarantee” within 48 for a reservation. When it is NEVER honored.
@Medaiseo@Hilton I feel like you don’t understand Hilton Diamond benefits. They do work like that. 😉 Or they used to and are clearly listed on their site as a benefit. You should look into it.
We wanted to add another night and were told we had a two night minimum to book. We already stayed two nights and that didn’t matter. So glad we spent so much money to earn that status.
Stayed at @VirginHotelsLV for our first visit at Diamond level with @HiltonHotels. Saw zero benefits. Even the priority line was completely ignored. 10 visits to this hotel this summer alone to not even get late check out. So glad I spent so much money to earn this status.
@brady_hughes1@Meta The context is that every part of it is awful. It changes daily. It forces you to attach your business pages to your personal accounts. The list of issues is too long for 7 Twitter posts.
Pt. 4 @delta Just told "revenue management" won't be okay helping me out with another seat and they're trying to charge more for an upgrade than the entire flight round trip would have cost in first class 2 hours ago. I hope that $800 is worth the $23,000 you're about to lose.
Pt 2. @delta I call customer service and they not only say they can't help me, she says, you need to upgrade online as I'm not going to have it come back on me that you didn't want to change it. About to cancel all 21 of the flights I booked for big name celebrities.
Pt 1 @Delta at it again with the worst customer service in history. I'm booming many flights for celebrities to a comic con (thousands and thousands of dollars worth of flights). I book seats and the seats get changed.
In the last 28 weeks, I stayed at @HiltonHotels 23 days w/ 6 more days booked in 2 weeks. An emergency came up this weekend & I need to cancel, but I can't without being charged a night. The agent didn't care, I had him cancel my next 2 weeks. Still no empathy. Goodbye Hilton.
