@c2c_Rail Fewer trains or no trains? We’ve been stuck between West Ham and Upminster for almost an hour and now the train is going backwards to West Ham. Can’t even easily pick up the GA train now. Will London Underground let us travel to Stratford to pick up the GA line?

@c2c_Rail I was told that a few days ago. My annual fare runs out mid-March and I need to work out whether to buy an annual pass before the fares rise. I can’t do this without that information. And I need to know by the weekend. When will these issues be resolved?

@c2c_Rail Why do you continue to put on 8 carriage trains during rush hour? I was here when the 18:16 to Shoebury pulled up at Fenchurch st and still didn’t get a seat there were that many people waiting. Fares haven’t come down so why have the trains shrunk?

@c2c_Rail Day after day there are only 8 carriage trains during rush hour. There are no seats 5-10mins before the train has even left Fenchurch street and many more people will be boarding at Limehouse, West Ham etc. Why is this? It’s not like fares have come down with this reduced service

@c2c_Rail This doesn’t explain why so many rush hour trains are only formed of 8 carriages. This didn’t happen pre-covid. And now more people are returning to work I would expect a return to full services. I can even see the shiny new trains in the East Ham depot as we pass it
