@refactory_acad has launched the second cycle of our Hire A School Lab Initiative, delivering an in-person training with the Foundations of Software Development course, reaching young women aged 18–35 who have the passion to learn but limited access to devices.

This cycle is being implemented across 10 locations for the next 3 weeks.

9️⃣ Rubondo Community Center [Nakivale Refugee Settlement]
🔟 National ICT Innovation Hub [Kampala]

Participants are currently undergoing Life Skills training, building a strong foundation in communication, mindset, and workplace readiness before progressing into technical training.
