#statefarm a State Farm customer hit our car so we submitted pictures a week later. The claims adjuster for State Farm has yet to contact us and it’s been 10 business days since the pics were sent. I thought they were a professional company

@StateFarm involved in an accident on 2-24-26 with a State Farm customer who hit me. Pictures were submitted and it’s been 10 business days and the adjuster has yet to contact us. The page says 1-3 days for an investigation. We are going on 3 weeks. Not GOOD customer service

But the story said a couple went to a picnic and had this many kids and grands so it’s 2 (if all went 35)
