Just have to give a quick shout-out to @FlairAirlines and their TERRIBLE customer service! Thank you for not giving a single f*ck that my bag was damaged to the point of needing repair while in your hands and basically telling me it's of no fault of theirs....

On top of that, they double charged us for onboard services and refuse to reply to our messages nor answer the phone (apparently this is a HUGE issue on their flights.) What an absolute joke of a company. I advise everyone to think twice before flying with them.
