@MissStanleyYr6 In my experience, it doesn't matter the time teaching; a "genuine" (or ish) job will still often only give 48 -72 hours notice, and a rigged one 24-48. A very short advertising period is also a give away. Nice to know it's better in Scotland and here's to better support for ECTs!

In recent weeks I have seen teachers being asked by schools leaders to do the following:

*Only teach 'low ability' some of the content
*To use all/most/some
*Use levels for assessment
*Make an 'Ofsted folder'
*Mark PP student work first

How can these things be justified?
