“An investment in staff is an investment in care”. On this #WMHD24 we welcome the focus on workplace mental health. Positive mental wellbeing of staff has been shown to improve patient experience and safety, making an economic case for investment in staff. We look forward to working together to Strengthen the Core without whom care would not be possible.
