DAY EIGHT - Aston Martin Hit & Run case

Hyderabad, touted as one of the most surveilled cities in the world today has a curious case of missing CCTV footage.

Today is the eighth day of Aston Martin hit and run case involving 25 year old Lingamaneni Sanjush, son of Janasena MP Lingamaneni Ramesh.

Sanjush allegedly driving at a 120 km speed crushed a 26 year old poor salesgirl Bharati Mukhi, from Lifestyle, Inorbit Mall…when she stepped out for lunch.

Bharati Mukhi was declared dead on arrival by the hospital.

Sanjush is still not arrested.

CCTV footage of this entire incident is very magically “MISSING”!!! From Madhapur Inorbit Mall area which is one of the busiest places with so many IT companies.

Bharati Mukhi’s life doesn’t matter.
You and I, don’t matter.

We live and die like cockroaches in this country where rich brats like Sanjush get a free pass even after killing a girl!!!

Such a shame that Congress Government in Telangana is repeating the same story of shielding sons of rich & powerful men from opposition BJP & its allies.

Met our CJP colleague, Advocate Sanju Verma at the hospital. Sanju was attacked brutally by the BJP goons during the visit to Rampura school. Our colleagues Ravi Meghwal, Geegraj Jodli, Rekha ji, and Salman were also attacked.

Sanju comes from a poor Dalit family. He knows that government schools are primarily attended by children from poor and disadvantaged families. No government intends to educate these children and help them move forward, which is why Sanju had accompanied us during the school inspection.

Across the country, poor and marginalized sections of society are standing up for their rights, and the BJP is not able to tolerate this.

He has wealth, power, and political clout, so why does he continue to contest from reserved seats? Why not fight from an open seat? By monopolizing a reserved constituency, isn't he actively preventing a less privileged Dalit brother or sister from his party from entering Parliament?

And he isn't alone. There are many like him in every field. This argument is not a conspiracy by the GCs; they gain nothing either way. It is a question of internal accountability. Your own influential elites are holding the broader community back by refusing to step aside. So Dalits should start asking questions about where the real issue lies, instead of blaming GCs for their lack of opportunities.
