Would it be that God saw it as murder when slaves, servants, "property people" aka women or soldiers, i.e. not full legal or moral people were killed or wronged in both the OT and NT? If you bothered to read his reasoning for ensoulment after conception, youd immediately see why he erroneously made the claim. He lacked knowledge. If he knew what we know now, he never would have said that.
