When we ran well at the State Meets I always felt that it was because I was able to convince the team of how good they were. When we failed it was because I failed in allowing the athletes to believe in themselves. Coaches instill confidence.

Guilty people go to prison but can still communicate. Sometimes the evidence changes, and years or decades later it turns out they are not guilty and they are let free.
