💡High Centralization = Top Management Decides 🔝
When employees or local units have little authority and major decisions require approval from Headquarters = High Centralization
🏢 Top = decides 🏬 Lower levels = follow

📌Leniency Error - Rating employees too high, regardless of actual performance. Rater is too generous & avoids giving low scores.
📌Horn Effect - 1 negative trait or poor perf. influences all other ratings. A single bad impression “spreads” & lowers the evaluation in all areas.
