Dear Esteemed Clients,
We wish to inform you that the PSV strike is still ongoing and therefore our buses will not be operating tomorrow until further notice.
@Ohta_Ryota When you go to a bank, huduma center, supermarket, always make it such that you are served on the counter manned by a man.
Most female tellers are annoying n af n full of hateful att. Na vile they are desperate when looking for those jobs.
I know I’m not the only one who notices the quiet grief we Africans carry. For delayed exposure, slow systems, almost zero safety nets, starting adulthood already tired and having dreams literally cut short by bad governance.

#MasculinitySaturday
No pork, no alcohol just a holy appetite for public money.
Halal prayers, haram theft.
They chew classrooms, swallow dispensaries, and wash it down with “development tours.”
Mosques are clean, sermons are loud, but the budget vanishes faster than rain in Wajir.
They fast publicly and feast privately on bursaries meant for orphans and roads that exist only in speeches.
Ask them about accountability and they’ll quote scripture.
Ask them about projects and they’ll point at dust.
Men,
Welcome to #MasculinitySaturday 2026, first lesson,
2026 is not the year of explanation.
It is the year of EXECUTION.
Less talking,
Less chasing.
More discipline
More solitude.
More building.
Let others wonder what you are doing.
Let silence be your announcement.
If you do arduous study of Scripture, yet have very little prayer life, you will know much about doctrines and history, but not have much of a personal relationship with the God whom the Bible is about.
If all you do is pray and have a general sort of "faith," yet don't immerse yourself in the Scriptures, you run the risk of praying to the wrong God or wrong Jesus, and not knowing what God has said to mankind about Himself.
Prayer and Bible reading go hand in hand. One is talking to God, and the other is God talking to you. Do both in heavy amounts daily.
If you are tired, Eat SALT.
If you have a low mood, Eat SALT.
If you are dizzy, Eat SALT.
If you have a headache, Eat SALT.
If you lose appetite, Eat SALT.
If you have nausea, Eat SALT.
If you vomit during travel, Eat SALT.
SALT is life.
Eat SALT.

Poverty is tripartite.
There is the spirit aspect, the mindset, and the economic principles.
And the truth is, until you confront all three, you can never fully break free.
1. The Spirit of Poverty
Yes, there is a spirit of poverty.
It shows up as cycles of limitation, sabotage, stagnation, and “near success” experiences.
This is where you find that even when a person works hard, they are still surrounded by struggles.
To eliminate it, you must confront it spiritually, through prayer, alignment with God’s principles, and breaking every negative pattern that anchors a life to lack.
2. The Mindset of Poverty
This is the internal system that normalizes small thinking, fear, scarcity, and survival mode.
Before money changes, the mind must change.
To eliminate mindset poverty, you uproot limiting beliefs, expand your vision, and expose yourself to new environments, new information, and new levels of possibility.
3. The Economic Dimension of Poverty
This is the part people see - lack of money, lack of assets, lack of systems.
But economics responds to principles.
To eliminate this dimension, you must learn how money actually works: earning, multiplying, managing, investing, and building long-term structures that create sustainability.
True liberation happens when you address all three.
That’s how you rise, completely.
