@Mansio26@rshereme Estonian was used in public, at work, in the theatres, TV, radio etc during the Soviet occupation, because otherwise the society would not work. Efforts were made to limit the use, but they were not very successful, partly because most Estonians did not speak Russian very well.
Listening to @McFaul and @JosepBorrellF discussing the present and future concerns of world security. Main message: Russia should be engaged with in terms of power, which is the language it actually understands.
