Humour me this. Men went to war and came back with severe case of PTSD, some left their home to live in the parks and forest, some wake up and feel like they are in the middle of a war sweating, crying surrounded by death, some could not stop hearing the warplanes, the wailings and bombs dropping. Some of these men slept with their guns by their side, some became addicts, most committed suicide.
To my point some of them killed their family for waking them up in the middle of their nightmare, or simply killed their families cause they believed they were in enemy territory, none of those men was shown any mercy. They were sentenced according to the law and am sure for good measure none of these lovers of mental health, have ever spoken, advocated or was kind to these veterans. My question to the hypocrites is do we forgive them of murder due to their PTSD.
