Rejoining will be a marathon not a sprint. Plus there are many routes & outcomes e.g. as the UK or as its component parts, and via SM/CU 1st or as full members?

Events will dictate a lot of this, which makes it very difficult to predict. Agility in light of events will be key.

However the split unfolds - full or partial - it will have a significant effect on how and when all current UK citizens regain their #EU citizenship & rights.

Either a marathon or even longer than a marathon.

Following current #UK politics (as we do) we're even more convinced than ever before that the #UK will not be rejoining the #EU as a single political entity.

It's far more likely now that the component parts of the #UK will rejoin individually and at different times and speeds.
