@BurnerA81765387 I unfortunately don’t trust those resources. My SM works on the DM’s orders and the company has been shifting heavily toward supporting this type of behavior over the last few months 😓 its just the tip of the iceberg of the last year my district has experienced

I pinched a nerve at work yesterday and today when I couldn’t handle the pain anymore my manager asked me ON THE FLOOR if maybe I want to consider working fewer hours. So I went back to DTO and silently cried through the pain until my SSV made me a sling out of a sweater
