Their chat support is the worst ai crap and call support never has anyone available. Guess I’m stuck with the furniture and automated calls forever. I’m not paying for another month of renewal though. @FurlencoSupport please come and pick up your stuff.

@FurlencoSupport has the worst customer service. I scheduled a pick up last week, they called me 30 times automated saying I have a pickup. On the actual day, they didn’t come, said operational issues. I asked to reschedule over the weekend, they said they’ll call back, never did
